Welcome to vechile ownership.

Check for blown fuses, that might narrow it down some for you.

I did that's how I know it's the ground wire I'm not getting any any power to the fuses in that row. apperantly a very common problem in my truck i just ordered a manual yesterday with a wiring diagram so i can trace it.

A good tip when you have several seemingly unrelated issues that may or may not be related.....instead of chasing your tail trying to figure out how they're all related, pick one issue and diag that on it's own. Maybe you all fix that one problem, maybe you'll fix them all. In this case, I'd start by diagnosing the blower motor. It's likely the simplest of the circuits you listed.

You mentioned it's a ground wire because you have no power in one row of fuses......ground wires don't come from fuse blocks. And it's common to have rows of fuses that aren't powered at certain times (some fuses only have power with the key on, some have power all the time). Figure out which fuse powers the blower motor, and see if it has power on both sides of the fuse. If so, check for power at the blower motor.

Remind us again what particular flavor of truck you are working on.
Sounds like you are off to a good start.

4x4 in that one should be a lever on floor, no electric. Only will go in if u move if I remember right. So if u get stuck and can't move at all it will stay in 2wd. Have to get the front diff to turn to engage. Unless u r just talking about the 4x4 light bot coming on. I can't remember if that's in dash or by shifter?

Check your fusable links at the starter, a burnt one can kill a row on your fuse block.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

You’re going to hit a lot of bumps in the road (pun intended).

This is the start of it.

On my 93 K1500, the actuator on the front differential goes bad quite often. To test it, disconnect the connector, turn key on but dont start, pull the shifter to 4wd, use a multimeter set to DC volts and check check for voltage at the connector. Should be 12vDC.
you can also disconnect the connector, unscrew the actuator from the front diff, plug back in, turn on key, put in 4wd and the actuator should expand.

There was a period of Chevy trucks that the 4wd actuator and the blower fan were on the same fuse. Was good to know if the fan wasn't working neither was the 4 wd. As for the speedometer that's a different problem.
