I've had a running PM with Smash for a year or so. Were we besties? No. But, I don't continually conversate with people I don't like.... therefore, I liked her. Still do.

It was my husband that posted the now infamous "cat carrier" pic, a pic that most of us that have been here for awhile have seen numerous times... as it was posted many, many times over the years for "that other crazy cat lady" MsCat. Who, despite her love for cats, knew it was posted in good nature and rolled with it.

This may well be a generational thing. People of wolfie's generation consider to be bullying what people of older generations consider to be cutting it up with friends. Smash and I are the same age... hovering on the border of Gen X and Millennial. All my life growing up I was told I was Gen X. Now they want to tell me I'm a millennial. I think maybe I went the Gen X way and Smash went the millennial way . I was definitely a latchkey kid, perhaps one of the last before gov't realized these kids would grow up to value freedom above all else and therefore must be eliminated via more bureaucracy.

But I digress. Nobody on that post was "bullying". Most were joking... some were not.... but those that weren't were just posting their honest feelings about felis catus. Smash is a grown woman. If the locker-room style joking that goes on here isn't for her... then it isn't. If she wants to leave, because it's not her style, no one faults that. But the only thing she was a victim of was a bunch of good ol boys.... that for the most part at least.... liked her.... that were trying to get her goat...

Smasho is alive and well just had a pleasant conversation with her this morning and for those of yall that thought she was a ANTI she is not !!! There is some people here that has helped her and a few other lady’s on this site hater equipment and gear and begin there trapping passion !!! She will be back but let’s face it sometimes people take things too far !!! She is a fantastic Lady and we also had a new Lady called featherchaser2 join and she’s not on here much do to her college classes and working but we have to show everyone that they are welcome and whatever help they need is available to them along with the tons of knowledge by everyone I’m saying that a little ribbing is cool but some take things to the extreme so let’s just take a good look at ourselves

As for going toe to toe with yotetrapper30. Once many years ago now when i was much younger.. I was involved in removing her from a situation. She was about to go bare knuckles on a guy about 3-4 times her size. So yeah you might want to rethink upsetting her to that point. I think she probably could took the guy. I didn't want see her go to jail for doing it.
