Nice. What's your method for frying them, if you don't mind?

We'll be having a pork loin later for supper. Not sure on the sides just yet.

Looks great! My mom would pop them in the over after your process and cover with tin foil and bake for 20/30 minutes.

Thanks jalstat. Gonna have to try the pressure cooker method. I've always just pan fried them then cooked low with the pan covered, but it's tricky to get them to turn out right without burning the breading or having it fall off.
