Hot grease makes fries, or anything deep fried crisper, too low of heat, and everything is soggy and greasy tasting. Anything deep fried needs to be in grease at 350 and hotter for them to be good tasting. We have met the enemy and the enemy is us!

If it did, it would not bother me, I always eat the skin when I have a baked potatoes. I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.
