That's false. Your tailbone has several important functions.

The coccyx is not a significant part of the spine and a person can live a full life without it.

The UP potato farmers fed the cull taters to the local deer the deer learned to dig potatoes on their own after a while so I’d say they adapted.

That sure didnt help the fox on my side of PA. Coyotes have been thriving in farmland and urban areas for quite some time now.

Your link proves my point.
7"However, there are certain ligaments and muscles attached to it that help to support the body’s weight as you are sitting. Therefore, a coccygectomy is typically a last resort procedure after more conventional treatments have failed to provide relief. This procedure is typically recommended for patients who suffer from severe and chronic pain due to a coccyx abnormality, such as a dislocation or fracture..."

Removal means you will likely never sit comfortably again. It's not an extra piece. It's designed to protect your sensitive area and hold muscles in place that help you poop.

The point PAskinner is that you can live WITHOUT it.

That isn't what you claimed. You claimed it was a left over from us being primates, which is just an unproven assumption.
You can live without a lot of body parts, but that doesn't mean they don't have important functions.

Darwin evolution is about genetic change which favors those that adapt and those who do not become extinct
Lamarkian evolution believes that some changes made by individuals during their lives can be passed on to their off spring.

Does a belief in a spiritual being a god or God can incorporate the above as how flora and fauna evolve, change and or disappear. To me it is not an either or. The God I belive in is a big God that can be inclusive for all the ages and we do have fossil records to prove God has been with our Earth and universe from the the get go.

How exactly does the fossil record prove of a god?

We don't have no tails no more because all the kids what had them got teased to death as soon as they reached the age of gym class and open shower rooms.
That right there is survival of the fittest, the true foundation of evolution boys and girls.
Pretty sure we lost a lot of small-wienered kids too.

It doesn't of course.

It IS left over from the primate days. Or else we wouldn't have it to begin with. The bone now just served a different function.
And again, we can live without it if need be.

The gall bladder and appendix once served important functions too but do to evolution we no longer HAVE to have them if they go bad.
I had to have my gall bladder out in 2019.

You need to update your science.
The idea that it's a left over part is not proven, it's just a belief.
The appendix also has important functions.

While long considered a vestigial organ with no function, recent research suggests the appendix plays a role in the immune system and gut health.

Here's a more detailed look at the appendix's function:
Immune System Support:
Lymphoid Tissue Reservoir:
The appendix contains a high concentration of lymphoid tissue, which is part of the immune system. This tissue helps in the production of immunoglobulin A (IgA), a type of antibody crucial for regulating gut flora.
Immune Cell Production:
The appendix houses immune cells like T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells, which play a role in the body's immune response.
Potential Role in Gut Health:
The appendix may help maintain a healthy gut microbiome by acting as a reservoir of beneficial bacteria. In cases of diarrhea or antibiotic use, the appendix may release these bacteria to help restore the gut's microbial balance.

Again, those organs are NO LONGER NEEDED. Which is why they can be removed with no problem. We've evolved not to need them. Obviously.

You can keep arguing, I'm done with this thread.

We have not evolved to not need them, lol. That's not even a legitimate argument. I don't need all my fingers to survive, but they sure help. Yeah you can live with out a gall bladder but you function better with one, because that's the way God designed you.

When no gal bladder is present the liver just releases bile into the intestine as opposed to storing it in the GB. Many people function better without it. A strange design don’t you think? The design argument seems as silly here as it would on someone born with terrible eye problems but surgically had sight restored.

I don't think it's silly at all. The organ has a function. When it's working correctly, it's ideal. Removing it can cause you to have to change how you eat. People with stomach cancer sometimes have thier whole stomach removed and some go on living. But it's far from ideal.
The eyeball is obviously designed. It's so incredibly complex we copied the design for cameras etc. The fact that things can go wrong is just evidence that we live in a broken world, not in Eden.
