Last night was a home smoked picnic shoulder....

Fried venison, local sweet corn, Mac salad here tonight.

Wife is making lasagna! No picture yet.. still cooking me and the boy has baseball so probably have to wait to eat

I did a beef roast, mashed with gravy, dinner rolls and corn. Also, due to guests for the night, made muscacelli (sp) and texas toast. They are loving it now.

Slim pickins tonite, bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with tortolini added....might need a snack soon, lol

Fried catfish, hushpuppies, turnip greens, cornbread, fried okra, black eyed peas.

What in the jumped up …. Is muscacelli and what kind of company are you keeping?

had to look it up, spelling is off but I think it's this...mostaccioli, I think, basically a baked ziti type dish with Italian sausage and ricotta cheese...Too Eye talian for you Texans?
