Thank You for the thoughts and prayers!

Brenda made It through the Open heart surgery . There were some complications. It ended up being a Tripple bypass...The "Widow maker" Was at 95% blocked and two others all were fixed.

She has to have another surgery on both legs because of clots in her leg veins.after she recovers.

The divorce part is still in play, Just more complicated now

330, I'm glad the surgery went well.

When you say "the divorce is still in play"......did she wake up from open heart surgery still talking about a divorce?

I would think that would be way at the back of everyone's mind with more serious things going on

Gotta live up to the nickname...

Let's just say,

She had bypass surgery; but not a change of heart.

Glad it turned out good but all I can say if she was married to me she’d have a rough way to go if she’s still thinking of a divorce. Sounds like you’re a great husband that really cares about her and she needs to do some serious thinking

Yeah I wouldn't talk divorce. She prob felt like crap before and will feel a lot better. Who knows what the new mood will bring but if its more quiet, its more quiet.

I will tell you like I told my cousin when him and his wife were living apart when he would tell me what was going on and ask what I thought or would do.
My answer was always I honestly can't say what I would do. I can tell you with gusto and bravado exactly what I would do and could call her names ect. BUT I'm not in that situation I'M NOT living it and if I'm honest I have no idea how I would react or do in that situation. ABSOLUTELY everyone else bad mouthed his wife and told him all what they would and would not be doing. None was anything other than divorce and negative about her except me. .

To be clear and honest at the time I thought his best move was divorce and away from her but I keep that to myself. I was only geting one side and I knew it. I also knew anything negative I may say would always be remembered and not good if they did work things out.

Today they have added another kid added to the mix and are doing well together.

Glad prayers were answered and the surgery went well. Praying for a fast and complete recovery.
If the right thing to do was always the easy thing, we'd all be saints.
