A reporter asked Pamela Smith, Police Chief of Washington D.C., what is the police department’s chain of command. Smith responded “what does that mean.” Sheesh!. Can you imagine this person being your boss and she doesn’t even know the reporting procedure and worst yet doesn’t know what chain of command means. Another unqualified DEI hire.

I saw that. She is embarrassingly stupid. How can you hold a position like that and not know what a chain of command is. Luckily for her the Mayor brushed her aside and stepped in to answer the simple question.

Sad part is the mayor comes off a little slow.

The rumor is that her and the mayor are in a lesbian relationship. The mayor previously gave a statement that she wasn't "closeted" and then later added that she was currently straight but a strong supporter of the LGBTQ'S. That doesn't sound very straight. I believe she lied because many blacks won't vote for a homosexual.

Neither supposedly has a spouse or significant other.

The 5 years prior to my retirement, there was a huge push on diversity promotions. Shortly after we were having meetings and webxing explaining that taking a bribe was wrong as well as using company credit cards for personal use. It got pretty ridiculous.
