What I like about Dickies is my phone fits nice in one front and my billfold in the other. Don't like sitting on my billfold for years now. Especially since my hip was replaced. One thing thst drives me nuts with all my bibs and regular pants. They dont make the pliers pocket on side the same. They used to keep my pliers in. Now most styles dump my pliers in car seat or chair. Drives me nuts. Also been thinking need to see a loop inside hold my carry gun. No good way to carry with bibs.
Mac soft belly band type holster it wraps around you gun goes in it , it gets held tight to you and just move the bibs out a button under shirt , holster band , over shirt , bibs
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

OK, to scratch an itch, finally got my hands on some Big Smith overalls which once upon a time were made in Carthage, MO. . Tag says made in Vietnam. Big Smith now twin sister to Liberty. Both bought by Dickies, now Walls and once things go down that rabbit hole, they take what had been a gold standard product and slowly milk it to death, until they eventually kill it. Rinse and repeat.
Tag on Key says made in China.
Tag on Round House says made in USA. Somewhere in OK I think.

Last pair I bought were Carhartt's. Very heavy duty denim. I think I'll have these forever.

I usually wear "Five Brother" brand bibs (98% of the time), but Liberty is the one I also own several of. It is the pocket pattern that I like, but Liberty seems to split out easier.

Check out Roundhouse brand bibs, they have a website and are American made the price is comparable to Liberty and they often have sales or free shipping. Thanks I will. Used to be a carhartt guy untill during covid they made their employees get the shot or loose their job. Called them then told them I have a family of 5 I outfit and due to that policyit will never be in their products again. The lady said they have been geting a lot of calls like that. It is to bad I loved a lot of their products I wouldnt sweat it-Pretty much all Carhartt clothing is now outsourced and of inferior quality. I now get mine used from Ebay or farm auctions. A well worn Carhartt is still way better than that new overseas junk. You can pretty much poke your fingernail through it.

Compared to normal blue jeans along lines of Levis, Wranglers, etc. all the blue jean bib's I currently can find are very light, thin fabric. The striped versions slightly heavier. Key, Round House and now Big Smith. They all blow out just above the knee on me. Especially when I'm wearing them to haul hay. Have switched to double front brown duck for that, which is not pretty when it's running 90 degrees with humidity. Hard to drink enough water to keep up.

Well this got a bit off my orginal reason for posting trying to find camo pattern. So far it's all been good information and I appreciate the input. The Liberty bibs I ordered came today. They seem to be pretty much what I expected. Although they are woodland pattern camo, ones in the picture I order from. They were what I consider the old round camo pattern common in 60s and 70s. This woodland pattern will match right up with my military field coat. I've had it since first year they were issued to army. These bibs don't have the elastic shoulder straps. Material feels about same as my every day Dickies. I dont wear my bibs in summer I over heat way to easy now. These should be good for spring and fall. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/08/full-1002-267334-1000004482.jpg) Like mentioned in one of the other post they are made in Vietnam. They shipped from a store in TN I have never seen this style in camo at any stores around here. The pair of Round House brand I ordered should be here Monday. Mac

Until this thread came along, I've never heard of Roundhouse brand bibs, jeans, etc. They claim 100% American made. Is this brand for real ? Is their quality pretty good - or better ? Well now that I'm able to easier get on here. My round house bibs came Monday. I can see why they were few dollars cheaper than the Liberty. Dont have pocket set up like Liberty. Missing the tool pocket on leg so no daily carry wearing them. I dont recall the site I bought them from saying made in America? Tag says different. Guess for most part they will work for few days hunting. Do like that inseam is 34 not 32. Guess I would have to say the Liberty is far better in my way thinking. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/08/full-1002-267614-1000004554.jpg) Don't care for these kind of straps but they will work for hunting. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/08/full-1002-267616-1000004555.jpg) Mac
