Explain to me why one US District Judge can stop Trumps deportation policy, remove alligator Alcatraz, or put wolves back on the endangered species list? Keep this non-political please, if that’s even possible. Especially after the US Supreme Court ruled against them.
Being old is when you don't care where your spouse goes, just a long as you don't have to go too.

They certainly can decide what happens in their district, after that it becomes complicated if the issue has nationwide implications. It is the court's responsibility to interpret and enforce laws and the Constitution. Do you want the Executive branch or Congress or Agencies or States to be able to ignore the law and violate them without recourse? I know of several high ranking people who laugh at the law. Just watch the news daily. Trying to stay apolitical. And also not answering the question.
Who is John Galt?

Keep this non-political please, if that’s even possible. It's quite simple, one or more laws were broken. If you think the Court is wrong, appeal. If you don't like the law, go through the process to get it changed , don't just ignore it .

Laws don't need to be broken, activist judges have an agenda and will do anything to get where they want to go. When they get overturned nothing happens to them. So in many instances no laws were broken but actions were delayed. Be a lot less if when overturned they lost their position and they got disbarred. That would be simple.

When the system has unlimited time and resources and most notably zero personal accountibilty, aka sovereign immunity, the average Joe can't get justice. We now get the justice we can afford.
