You keep attributing thoughts to me I never had and didn't even hint at in what I typed.

There will be no swift justice. The average time between receiving a death sentence and being executed in Utah is 32 years. Taxpayers pay millions for endless appeals and victim families are re-traumatized for decades.

Menzies was convicted in the kidnapping and murder of Maurine Hunsaker in 1986. The latest is they are arguing he shouldn't be executed because of dementia he wouldn't understand why he is being killed (firing squad).

It's a cruel joke on society. Appeals should be limited to a couple years max.

United we stand.

Agreed, there should be a set deadline to put every card on the table and no last minute pulling crap out their arse. Meanwhile, next higher level goes over every detail to ensure every T is crossed and I is dotted, due by dealine.

Once done set the date 48 hours and done.

They won't do that. They know the outcome.

Danvee's TDS is so bad he couldn't even stay on subject. He had to through some random slam in on a totally unrelated thread.

WIth hideous grammar and improper punctuation, no less.
i'd claim that he's devolving into Cooman, but that would be unfair to Coonman. I enjoy reading about Dave's foils and tribulations.

Let it roll, the times are a changing.

Trump just declared antifa a major terrorist organization. We've had a week of smoking the roaches out of the woodwork and they keep coming. Now the gloves are off.

That's great news. When does season open and what is the bag limit?

Serious question, how is that even enforced? It's not like antifa is an actual organization with leaders and whatnot. (Maybe in a few big lefty cities like Portland there might be leaders and organization). But otherwise, if the same folks show up calling themselves something else....seems like it'd be pretty easy to get around.

It gives the FBI and CIA if international, clearance to trace down funding and freeze assets. Also gives heightened charging and sentencing options for those found acting in concert with.

The problem I see with this is that eventually the shoe will be on the other foot, and the law is passed. Both D and R seem to be heck bent on destroying our Bill of Rights.

One day, Christian Conservatives that wholeheartedly believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be seen as terrorists spitting hate speech; when they get pressured enough they will fight back...Will they then be seen as terrorists to the Gov? The Patriot Act and this 'war on terrorists' is the biggest scam and unconstitutional thing ever passed, other than taking us off the Gold Standard IMO. Define the word "terrorism" someone that does not agree with you? Someone that criticizes you? Someone that thinks differently than you? Someone that is critical of the Gov? That seems to be the case now, but when it was pushed on us after 9/11 is was all about security and stopping foreign intelligence and people working with them. What I don't think many understand is this is about Power. The more rights the Gov takes from our Bill of Rights, the more power the Gov gains over us.

Why not just start knocking the ANITFA nuts heads' in the dirt with the police and enforce the law that is already on the books? They most certainly have digital footprints and the Gov knows who they are. Why is the Gov branding them terrorists? As bad as we dislike them, they are still American citizens. Just remember, England considered the founding Father's terrorists as well. I just don't like it. Makes me very uncomfortable for the future.

Bingo! Hopefully this will enable our judicial system to track and find where this money is coming from and shut them down permanently. That would be dreamy

If you are a bible believer that day is coming anyway when the church is persecuted by the world. The question is, will you die for Jesus?

What you don't believe in the Rapture J Staton? For the record, I used to but do not anymore.

I hope and pray I have the faith, courage, integrity, and fortitude to do so. On the other hand, when I saw those ISIS murdering SOBS taking Christian men and killing their wives and children in front of them to get them to deny Christ, it gives me a lot of pause on what I would do if I were in their shoes.
