My Ron Marsh J-Hook tool has been living in my trapping bag and getting used regularly for at least the last 15 seasons.

Thanks for making and selling a quality product.

Just love that tool. Have 3 scattered around my shop, 1 in the pickup and 2 in different trapping bags. Don't know if I could trapping with out them.

Quality tool. I have two that I consider indispensable. One on the bench and one in the trap bag. I don't know you Ron, but I appreciate your design, and I hope Mr Wilson keeps your standards up.

Every now and then, someone makes something original that is truly a difference maker:

ADC Skinning Machines
Lee Steinmeyer's Death Ray
Ron Marsh J-Hook Tool

Thanks guys!

Let’s not get ADC’s head any bigger than it already is… calm down.

The death ray is legendary.

That j-hook tool looks well made and I will have to check it out.

Stop over cooking your meat! It isn’t gamey, it’s over cooked!

Gordon Ramsey, maybe…

Thanks. There were skinning machines way before the ones I designed. I just stumbled upon a great design that is much more affordable for trappers.

Hi Ron,
Glad to see you doing well again, I have several of of your J hook tools. But, the one you gave me when you first changed the angle of the handles, sits above my work bench. It's never been used and I treasure it. Hope to see you in the near future. Any chance you might make it to the District #1 meeting next week?
Jim

Good morning, Trappers! I figured that I should chime in and introduce myself to anyone here whom I’ve not yet met. My name is Ryan Wilson, and I’m the new owner of Coon Creek Trappers (as of 2024). I’d also like to introduce you guys to two of my best buds and fellow trappers that joined me on this business venture and created WMC Trap and Tool. Jake Confer who goes by LongBeard12 on here and the Keystone Trapper on YouTube and Craig Mullen who goes by Dunes Jr. on here.

Just to put any questions to rest, our shop is based near enough to Mr. Marsh that we will be continuing the business relationships for obtaining material for the construction of the J Hook tools that he used, so you’ll see no change in quality or performance.

We would like to thank Ron for trusting us to continue with the legacy he built, and we hope that we make him proud carrying on the tool that boasts his name.

You guys did it right. I hope you have great success selling the tools. Ron's have been the gold standard for j-hook tools for years. You should keep his name on them, or at least "formerly known as Ron Marshes", so folks don't fret that they are a knock off. Good job fellas.

I have one of the originals I've been using for years. Can anyone explain the difference between the original, the JH-3, JH-2M, and the JH-4?

ADC- without a doubt, we are doing that. There are too many companies across all industries that want to take something that they didn’t create and put their name on it. All 3 of us have the same values and want to show respect to the people who created these products.
