Law, order and justice are pillars in a civil society throughout human history. Yes arrests maybe up but not at the same rate as crimes are increasing.

With this constant anti-Law enforcement and Conservative rhetoric resulting in attacks, riots and assassinations and attempts, I wonder how all this is going to end. Since the Kirk assassination, I keep hearing the rhetoric has to stop. However, It seams it has increased. I doubt there will be a civil war. Have you heard the joke, "I need new conspiracy theories because all the old ones were true"? The right, except for the progressive right(the Teddy Roosevelt types) has never trusted the government hence The Constitution and Bill of Rights. Left only mistrusts the government when they're not in control of it

I listen to a few guys that really go down the conspiracy rabbit holes but I've yet to hear any yet saying that the government was behind the assassination. I can see the left trying to blame it on the government to take the heat off themselves.
