After that trip, I always brought a sandwich. And obviously, I survived. That said, I have also survived eating under-cooked pork, but I wouldn't recommend chancing it.

Wow they certainly doesn't sound very delicious out there eek

I was right next to one of my tripod stands, and I decided to climb it to see what I could see, who knows, maybe the rabbit had stopped right on the other side of the tall weeds. So I turned the corner to get to the stand and there was another, smaller rabbit right there, 2-3 feet in front of me. It started to jump away when it saw me and it only made it one hop before I smacked him to the back of the head with a round of CCI Velocitor grin

Yeah, good job but I thought you were supposed to be shooting deer today, not tree rats?

My dad had to work this afternoon and technically I can't hunt deer without an adult during the youth season so I had to make do with shooting a bushytail instead

We did go out this morning though, but the only deer I saw was a couple under our apple trees almost 2 hours before legal light
