Went with a buddy to a local auction yesterday an bought a box lot for a dollar, Looked thru it this mornin an this bottle was in the bottom of the box. Rough looking bottle but full. Has anyone heard of this outfit? i cant find any info on em.

Sam Luther from Pennsylvania. He used to have a booth set up at conventions and sell various manufactures lures baits etc. Called Luther Valley lures. He even sold some lures he formulated and some good shellfish oil and clam oil. Had some trapping supplies for sale also. I have not seen in in about 10 or 12 years. Nice man to talk with.

oh trap take that to a PA or OH meet or convention. Some collector may buy that. Clean up the bottle & cap a little but NOT THE LABEL. Let a collector clean the label if he wants to

I know Sam Luther well. He still dabbles in the lure making. Havent spoken to him lately but he isn't far from me. He stops down on ocassion.

Since Mr Luther is still in business, I may use it on the coons that climb out of sewers at night and travel thru the yard come season.

Just have to figure out how to use it as its ment to be used.

Sam has some good products I am told. He was good friends with Carrol Black years back so I am sure he has picked up some good knowledge from Blackie over the years before he passed.
