This place has evolved. Back at the start it was mostly a trapping info site; now its mostly a meeting place for trappers, a trappers coffee shop sort of thing. Not complaining; just pointing out it has changed some. I like trapperman.com. It has been a good thing.

Heard other trappers talking about it, and was at a trapperman.com feed before I was a member.

Was reading the trapping forum on HuntingPA and someone mentioned it.

Came over to see what the hulalabaloo was about. That was probably right around 99 or 2000.

The chat nights were fun. Spent way to many hours on there.

I loved the guys that would come in and try to tell Paul how to trap beavers, not knowing it was him incognito.

Got made a moderator in there. Was fun banning that freak that typed in all Chinese characters.

For awhile if you banned anyone they could log right back in.

Then it changed they would be kicked for an hour.

I think Wolfer and Paul were the only ones who kick a person permanently.

Kicked that one teenage kid for being a smart alec one night.
He went on the forum and made a post about it.

Wolfer told him he needed to be more respectful if he didn't want it to be for good.

No idea I do know I picked up a lot of tips that I wish i'd known a long time ago lots of helpful folks on here That was before facegooglers and wizards of Ozz came on here
