I work a lot of night shifts, and when I'm home at night my little princess always finds a reason to get out of her bed. Tonight her pillow was too big and that somehow made her unable to fall asleep. As soon as she crawled on me she conked. I don't know how much longer I'm going to be this important to her, so I'm soaking it up while I can. I hope you are all having a good night.

Thanks all. I agree about framing the picture. Only problem is that I'm beginning to run out of wall space for the special pictures. I'm going to have to buy a bigger house.

There is a unique bond between dads and daughters it seems. Those little girls are special to dads and the bonding is very strong. My son has one coming on 3 years old and she is up in his lap often and there bond is very noticeable.

I really appreciate those times with your kids and like I said before, you are a lucky man,, cherish each day.

I still remember my daughter when she was 14-15 telling me she was going to call child services on me for one thing or another.

I also remember her calling her mother and me crying apologizing for her antics as she now has children of her own. She is 30 and has a 5 and 3 yr old.

She is a tremendous mother and wife and we our very proud of her and what she has accomplished. I am sure you will be too.
