Some 14-16 ga wire ...wrapped like in the pic ..does the trick Plus they slide up and down the spring too Last edited by Nessmuck; Yesterday at 10:59 AM. After seeing you post that, a while ago, I followed it modifying some of my older rotating jaw traps. It was a cheap and simple fix to the annoying swinging safeties.
