My nephew is finding out the hard way. Currently going thru a divorce with two kids with the mother of his children. Thought he was getting a traditional wife with her being Filipino, family values and all. It started out well; but, 10 years in the states, she lives outside her means, doesn't hold a job, has been charges with domestic assault a couple of times because she hasn't gotten here way, and has several times engaged in verbal combat with a patient liberal judge. Just hope he can come thru standing on his feet with the kids.
