Nittany Lion OP Don't call me Mister, Mister Joined: Dec 2006 Central Pennsylvania	I was told Hern had a heart attack and will have surgery tomorrorow, I do not have any other details at this time. I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

MinkGuy trapper M Joined: Jun 2010 Punxsutawney, Pa.	Hern faces a serious heart surgery on Friday. He is in Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. Keep your prayers going in his direction. He had been trapping, and catching and skinning and experienced the chest pain. He didn't go to the hospital right away but ended up going to a local hospital and then was life flighted. He is a great trapper, even better person and if you can keep him on your list- we need him healthy. DonP Minktrapping.com

Longbeard12 trapper Joined: Feb 2021 Pennsylvania	I talked to Hern this morning for about 5 min or so. He has been confined to the hospital bed since Sunday. He isn't aloud to bend his body or get out of bed. He said he is really sore from just laying around. He sounded positive, and I told him we are all praying for him. As of this morning, he is to have surgery tomorrow Oct 31st. Praying for Hern and the skillfull hands of the surgeon.
