Trapper Dahlgren OP trapper T Joined: Jun 2016 Michigan	trying to finish up a lean -to, had the top anchor to a 2-8 to the ends of each trussed, and a 2-6 across the bottom of truss and rafter hanger screwed to both, the 2-8 split in half the full length of the building,well the Amish are coming Friday, we were putting the last stringer across the top and the next thing we were on the ground, lucky no one got hurt to bad,

Can't tell you how many calls for just that scenario I got as a contractor in Alaska. And a lot of them were after snow took them out. Facia usually isn't a structural member. Just doing what I want now.
