Could always post photos with my TCL android phone
Had to get a new phone and got a Samsung android.
This phone won't even put photo up to download when I try what I've always done. I chose file and select photo but nothing happens/it still says "choose file"
Don't know how to resize/or what size to make them
Tried taking screenshot of photo and that won't post either.
Any help would be appreciated

You can crop the screenshot and it will look like a regular pic

Text your picture to someone, have them text it back to you, download it, then post it. It'll automatically resize it for you.
