Just ice'd up dog bowl water! But the Tomatoes are done for sure!

I had just enough ice in my rabbit bottles, on the ballbearings, to make them not work. We got down to 24F. There was small amounts of ice in the water bowls for the birds. We usually never have more than a few weeks of fishable ice a year. Some years, we don't get any ice capable of supporting an adult man.

It's supposed to be back in the sixties by Friday. Our average daily, Winter high is above freezing. We sometimes get 60F highs every month of the year.

Some skim ice around here.

We have a skim of ice. It was -1 on the morning of the 9th. It was up in the mid 40's today for a high. Some of the sloughs may have started to open back up.

Yep all my ponds are froze over. But it doesn't sound like that will last long, warmer temps coming.

Skim on the ponds in central MO the last few nights will be in the 70s by the weekend.

40 degrees this morning so I'm sure it will be gone by the end of today

It was nice to have the bubble trails to find the bank dens that were hidden.
