There are a lot of people on here who live in places where bragging on the internet about killing several (or seven) hundred deer would be ill-advised.

Be sure to list being a minority on your next job applicantion.


To ME, "several" is a generalization similar to a "few" and not tied to a specific number.

Several and seven both start with SEV, but are otherwise spelled and pronounced differently and have different meanings.

Don't believe it for one minute

Both are good guys both I have bumped heads with at some point. Some people can't over look didagments on a topic and still get along and agree on others becuse of it. Then look to tear the other down our take a shot at them any chance they get.

J got BANED I didn't see it or know why. Must have broke the rules. Some do over and over and get vacations other get BANED. I try to follow the rules.

Some people can't believe when other kill high to them # and get bent out of shape over it. We see it in trapping and hunting. If they can't do it it must not be possible. Jealous maybe who knows. I know better than to post numbers on things or any achievements or mile stones here. It gets flack from a few predictable individuals.
Definitely have some clicks.

As far as # its understandable for it to be hard to believe high # if they live in a low deer population area and are lucky to get a shot in a season of hard hunting. But some people live where there are high numbers and liberal bag limits and have a lot more time and opportunities to hunt. Good example is my boys they pass more deer a year than a lot of hunter see. But they get to hunt all they want all season basically 3 months. At 13 and 15 both have killed at least 26 deer each I would have to ask them to get the exact # but know at least 26 each. Neither has lost a deer yet. To someone in a low deer population area with low bag limits its hard to swallow kids that young have killed more or as many deer as they have. Let along when someone says they have killed a few hundred. For those that have its easy to believe. And understand the disbelief can feel like your being called a lier or that your trying to brag when your just stating facts about your experience level to back up a point.
Heck even hunters in our area that have the same areas to hunt.. But they dont have the same amout of time available most likely or drive Get jealous of my kids success. They won't talk about it at this point unless directly asked.

Some folks sit in their bubble and don’t realize some folks have high deer populations and can see a lot of deer. And kill as many as they feel like.

Also, states sell these funny things called non-resident hunting licenses. Get in the truck and drive around hunting deer. Same applies to turkeys.

Tell your boys to not let the haters hate. Keep on keeping on and stack them like cord wood.
