Forget a dash, use more thyme!
Any suggestions on a light sauce for the noodles? I was thinking of just adding some cream cheese and Parmesan and butter to them. Maybe a bit of Lea n perrins

Those look good. I'd be tempted to make a gravy in the pan and just eat them that way.

I bet they would be great with gravy over noodles or mashed potatoes. Heck, I bet Sam's "Special Dog" would even eat them.

I have nothing clever to put here.

You could melt a stick of butter in a pan add some salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, maybe a touch of lemon juice or if you’re looking for a tomato base use some tomato paste, no matter which reduce until thicker then serve hot.

There’s some meatball soups that work great with frozen meatballs, so keep that in mind when you go to eat them.

What sausage did you use? I like to use Italian if I am making an Italian dish.

Around here the grocery stores are carrying more types of pork sausage in the meat counter, since beef is high, here it’s quite a bit cheaper than the Jimmy Dean, something to keep in mind.

Similar recipe that I make rabbit meat balls. I use the Italian rabbit sausage I make and simmer the meatballs in marinara sauce. Served on a hoagie bun and shredded mozzarella cheese makes for an awesome meatball sub.

This was the first time I heard of milk in the recipe, I usually just use warm water. But I also heard that club soda works wonders!

I have nothing clever to put here.

Jam?! What a great idea I have some spicy plum chutney I wonder how that would be. I make meatballs in the air fryer and they turn out very nice. Seared on the outside but still tender

I've taken to baking meatballs on a sheet pan, no more frying...come out just as good.

Instead of water or milk, you can use red wine, or tomato sauce....or both!, lol

It's meatballs, hard to screw em up... grin

They do look good! I've been putting meatballs directly in to sauce for a couple years now. The sauce has to be simmering hot to start, but not boiling. Don't stir them around a lot, especially at first. They cook through just fine. Crock pot on low is perfect for them. Skim off a little grease on top if needed... They're tender and nd tasty and no pans to clean
