They taste amazing. I just stuff the cavity with some onions and thyme and season the bird. Fun to tear em apart

They are just a broiler chicken that is butchered early. Same bird 6 weeks later is your standard broiler chicken.
One of the breeds used to develop the broiler industry was a Cornish breed.

Wife stuffs ours with carrots and potatoes then puts on honey, 57 sauce and butter on the skin then bakes them until the skin is crispy. Hungry now just thinking about it.

Wlhen we did our play 3 years ago at our chuch. We served Cornish hens for 5 showings! Over 250 of those in our 18 quart roasters! They were great and well received but a ton of work!
At home we stuff them also.

My wife has me butterfly them. Then she grills them with Lowry's Seasoned Salt.


There was this bar that was so rough they checked you for a gun and if you didn't have one, they gave you one.
