my friend has been seeing alot of red fox on his property when i took a look the ferel cats where all over the farm 6 maybe 8 at a time
he asked if i could remove them from the property i mentioned that theres a good chance one might get tangled up in one of the fox sets
he just said he would like them thinned-out and that we just wont tell his wife if we do so i set a few trench type sets and went with sweet banana cultured egg mixed with asafoetida 1 qt Cultured egg 1 oz banana oil 1 oz Asafoetida powder no non - targets [Linked Image]

Gotta love the cultured egg. I have been using it and teaching of its effectiveness on predators for near 45 years now. Just as a stand alone it has great merits.

Bob L. Why Banana??? lol. I'm sure it smells great.
For me cultured eggs have a mild musky food odor and I generally add ingredients to compliment it like, vanilla, muskrat glands, etc. etc.
I also use small amounts of cultured eggs to bind other ingredients together. It seems to work as a mild emulsifier.? From my observations.

Bob J.
Thanks again, for teaching a bunch of us. How to make cultured eggs!!!

Mark the property is over run with ferel cats i have seen 6 or 7 at a time his wife rescues cats but my friend andy has an increasingly growing population of fox
that have been helping themselves to the feeding areas designated for the rescued cats for me to run anything except a sweet bait wouldnt make much sense
and i am well familar with the sweet sour custard like cultured egg that i make but even mr jamison has mentioned he uses cultured egg for bobcats i wasnt gonna take a chance on tangling up a non- target
since i originally set up the property i have taken my 5th red fox and 2 possums and not one ferel cat on the egg mixed with banana oil and asafoetida

The cultured egg is top notch. Might have to give your banana recipe a shot next time I go after chicken killers on the in laws place.
