I believe its gonna snow. Weather service says that in 3 days we will have 7 to 14 inches. That don't happen here. Around 45 years ago we had 12 inches in 1 storm. Kinda shut things down with that one.

I've been pulling traps ahead of it, and will pull the rest tomorrow. The snow itself ain't that bad, but the wind with it will make a mess.

We just received around 6 inches. Going out to clean up the few sets I have out. Now its going to get colder. Be safe guys!!

Unfortunately it sounds like snow we'll be around for long time, it shuts down coon trapping, I have only traped a lil on 2 weekends so far an was hoping to set out a bunch traps with 4 days off work, it has ruined all my trapping plans, usually we don't have snow this early any year

This is supposed to be the wet heavy stuff so it may not blow too bad, the bad part is no more frost in the ground than there is it’ll thaw out under the snow.

Don't look like any warmups in future in December, snow shuts down all or most trapping, have only been out 2 wkends of trapping so far an was limited, was planning on this weekend but stupid snowstorm has ruin all my poans

When they said it was to be wet and heavy it’s not here pretty fluffy and blowing good.

Hard for criiters to not leave tracks in snow. Will be a good thing. Can see what your missing. Skunks will hole up some. Cats will not.

Snow sucks, I agree with coonman220. I'd be happy if I didn't see it again.

Skunks here really won’t be out until it gets in the 40’s, but by god you’ll catch possums in sub zero.

5 1/2 inches here now. Another 3 to 5 later today. Thats more than normal for us. Especially so early.
It really don't affect me. Doc says no bending, lifting or twisting. So I can't even think about shoveling. pretty boreing though.
