Trapset OP trapper T Joined: Jan 2009 Nebraska	Made 25 pounds of breakfast sausage, 10 pounds of Hot Italian, 5 pounds chorizo out our South Dakota snow geese. Made scrambled eggs with sausage this morning. Turned out great. One pound sausage. One onion Dozen eggs and a couple hand fulls of cheese when eggs are 3/4 done Brown cheese under broiler. Let set for a few minutes, then cut into pieces. Good stuff! www.rtssetter.com
