Made 25 pounds of breakfast sausage, 10 pounds of Hot Italian, 5 pounds chorizo out our South Dakota snow geese. Made scrambled eggs with sausage this morning. Turned out great.

Looks great. Might want to invest in a cheap hand wand metal detector to check your meat when making batches. You will find other uses for it if you buy one.

Good idea.

Years ago I had an idea to make a “tooth saver” kit commercially. I talked to a guy who made a detector for metal shavings in soap manufacturing places. He said the technology to detect something that small was crazy expensive back then. I’ll bet the cheaper ones have come a long way since then.

Thanks all.

I’m not big on strong game flavor and his has none. I doubt anyone could tell it wasn’t regular store bought stuff. We used the LEM seasonings.

Hard to beat Lem's products and seasonings. I use their stuff to make my rabbits sausage.
