Have probably picked up and skinned over 100 skunk road kills. Those always pay good but can be a little messy at times. But being low to the ground they don't usually sustain too much damage. Lots just get clipped in the head. If they actually get a tire hit their usually ripped in half, but this year the tail is still worth money

Yep,us trappers hate seeing waste...remember driving home with my father -in-law one year, coon prices were down but still around a ten dollar bill. I spied a road killed coon and pulled off with my wife's car to get him. I picked it up and slid it in a plastic bag placed it in the back trunk area and got in to pull off the shoulder....wheels spun a bit, backed up, spun some more..... wrecker bill was 50 bucks.....grrrrr Father -in law never let live that one down. That’s funny.. I don’t care who you are!!

Weve made alot of money off roadkill coon.
Weve picked up all WV roadkill varieties except a fisher and a bear.
Weve seen bear hit but didnt pick it up
The first time i went to wyoming to visit jerry my trip was paid for completely by a roadkill bobcat.
IF IDIOTS GREW ON TREES THIS PLACE WOULD BE AN ORCHARD !
