Slick Pan trapper S Joined: Feb 2020 MT	There is no such thing as pre ban ivory as all elephant ivory is banned for sale no matter what the age. You can sell it in the state you live possibly depending on your state rules but it cannot cross state lines for resale. Check your own state regulations. Eskimo ivory is legal to sell if it has been worked in most but not all states.

Pre 1972 walrus ivory is legal to sell by federal law, but some states have screwed things up. California, Nevada, Hawaii, and some others.
