The boys begged me to set some traps, so we went out after dark and set two weasel boxes and three squirrel boxes. Not sure how they'll do, but I don't currently have time to run as many sets as we'd like to. Anybody else trapping the little furbearers yet?

I haven't trapped any in several years but they should be about at their peak right now or maybe even just over the peak before they start to get urine stained.

I wonder if the market is wanting them stretched square?

You have to trap them now. I got more for mine last season than I did my coyote.

I saw a track go by the shop door today. I would say it was a short tail by the stride.

Nope rats moved in now the weasels are here so they’re safe too kill all the rats they want.
