EurekaTrapper trapper E Joined: Oct 2009 Interior Alaska	Get one and don't leave home without it. I heard that Vevor makes one now but I haven't seen one in person to judge it. Modify the handle so that it's removable to make it more compact. That's a trick that JR showed at an ATA meeting. It works great. "Wise men learn more from fools than fools learn from the wise."

Nylon/poly twist was better and the little bit of stretch-recoil helped at times. mad_mike might chime in. He has a lot of experience with different lines on rope-alongs, as does JR. Just doing what I want now.
