This is a neat one . Y'all might like Saw a guy in tik Tok using these big silicone ice cube trays for lunch prep. Would make a big thing of soup rice or whatever fill them freeze them and pop the blocks out and just chunk them in a big Ziploc for the rest of the week he'd just mix and match what he wanted and microwave them at work . Thought it was nifty so ordered a set and boy it really is ! Never really froze meals before be out was a pain portioning them in containers and the like but this makes it pretty dang slick. They also have portion markers in them

Been running all day and didn't feel like cooking so popped a brick of rice and brick of beef burgundy I made last month and 3 minutes later eating good grin there like $10 for two might be something for some of y'all to try if you haven't.

Now gotta figure out the secrets to freezing pasta and sauce so I can make the wife some for her lunches

Good idea. I’ll have to give that a try.

I made broccoli cheddar , turkey , and black eye peas this last week

it's been soup season for sure here.

What part does that Cresent wrench play? (left side of picture) How does it fit in with your other kitchen utensils? Looks like an 8incher to me. Trying to visualize you using the little end to stir the rice to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pan--or, you could've used the big end to tenderize the meat a little bit before you put it in to cook with the carrots and potatoes.
Just curious.

Good idea, other than I won’t eat food heated in a microwave.
