I cant find any of these classics to show the kids. How can you watch them?

I love the Rankin/Bass claymations, even the weird ones like the "Life and Adventures of Santa Claus". We have many of them on VHS and DVD. I think I've watched at least some of them every year since the early 1970s. It's a Christmas tradition, like listening to Nat King Cole, who has one of the most wonderful voices ever bestowed by God.

I just tried to find "The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus" on YouTube, figuring it being more obscure, it might be on there. It usually is. I just learned it was written by Frank L. Baum, who wrote the "Wizard of Oz". I couldn't find the full version. This time of year, most of the Christmas classics get put back up as fast as YouTube can take them down. AI might make it easier unfortunately for YouTube to remove them.

Not big on Charlie brown, but we watch Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer every year.

I never watched it yet, maybe now that I have kids I’ll have to give it a go.
I have hated animation since I was young so never thought to sit and watch it.

Many things can be found on Youtube if one searches.

Even the old cartoons: Yosemite Sam, Daffy Duck, Ren and Stimpy, etc.

Yes I remember watching on black and white tv. Frosty the snowman also. Man it sucks to get old!

Had one station. Came on at 7:00 AM and played the national anthem at 10:00 PM. Lights out.

For the most part,, you are absolutely correct.

But the “ Santa Claus “ that was referenced earlier has been removed.. it used to be on there.
It’s extremely difficult to find.
Same with “ Nestor, the long eared Christmas donkey “
No longer on YouTube.. just a few clips of it.
“ we did locate it on other platforms though but it’s not free “.
