Lol……..Your quite the character

I used to really like Collins street fruitcakes and found they were one of the best.
What happened? Well they sent me a sale on their fruitcake so I ordered one. Turns out the cake came from Walmart and was dead stock so Walmart could not sell enough they decided to put the cakes from Walmart on sale using the obsesses that they were coming directly from Collins. It's not the first time I have had them ship me old stock. I have had to call them twice and they made it right after a not so friendly discussion

Pretty expensive bait, but that's the only thing I can think it would be good for too.

Wow!! I've never got a bad cake in probably 40 years of buying them.

I was gifted a Wal Mart cake once and it wasn't even round. It wasn't very palatable.

Makes me wonder if somebody didn't pull a switcharoo on your cake.

I just ordered a Collin fruit cake based on Computer Haters recommendation.

I tried to order one from their website but it wouldnt take my order. I have tried several times with no luck.

No it was a Collins cake.I know what I bought. Check for yourself you will see they sell them.

Sometimes you can tell people something but they never listen. Best of luck on your fruitcakes.

Didn't know they sold them. I always call and place my order and thankfully I have never had a problem.

Seems strange that a company with as good of cakes that they have and a good reputation would partner up with such an inferior product. I guess it's the old "anything to make a buck."
