Maybe those future voters will have a positive opinion on trapping even if not many take it up. Good job smash

I wish somebody would have taken the time to talk to me as a young person….maybe it wouldn’t have taken me so long to change my mind about it. I may have little experience and few rewards in the field but I sure am passionate about teaching and sharing. I hope I’m the right person for the job

Outstanding. Yes, see if PTA has pelts. You say they are younger, so keep it fun, yes to coloring books. Talk about how trapping is an important tool to keep animal populations healthy.
Take some #1 coil spring and long springs for them to hold.
You’ll do great!

Trail Blazers may be able to help as well.

Third graders! So I’m thinking 8??? Oh yeah! 8-9 year olds. Will be awesome. Take clean, unset traps. See if you can get some tanned fur, if PTA doesn’t have them, the hunter education team near you should. Take those. Keep it short and fun.
