Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Hiring people because they are black or brown or gay or a tranny... and not because they are the most qualified. Do you live in a cave? LOL I would think you would know all about it since everyone you vote for campaigns on it!

Did you look at the video? It would be interesting to see what specific items are listed, or how it is further defined, in the final order given to the NPS. I don't think a book about slavery, as shown in the video would be considered to promote DEI. The how not to be a racist book....maybe... depending on what's said in it.

The government hasn’t hired anyone off there qualifications for many many years. A white male is the most discriminated against applicant and has been for decades.

I was just at the Homestead National Historic Park today to make gingerbread houses with the kids. I looked though their little gift shop while the kids did their thing. I didn't see anything that stuck out to me.

You're welcome to come visit the homestead national historical Park yourself and see for yourself. It's a neat place and it's free. They even have a whole section devoted to one of our own T.man members (white17, I believe) there, he was the last homesteader. They have his tractor and a big display. Pretty neat

I doubt you would find much DEI related stuff in a homestead museum in the middle of Nebraska. MIght not be the case in more urban settings.
