Figured I'd add another mac-n-cheese thread, one of my favorites.
Cooper cheese, onion, mustard, salt and pepper, butter and milk.
Two heals off a load of bread with butter melted on the tore up pieces sprinkled over the top then baked until it bubbles around the edges. Mmmmmmm

BOTH of those meals I love totally . I know the house smells great . I love to cook good things like that especially in winter . Warms the house and the heart.

Thank you for sharing , Racer Man. Too bad you can't share a serving through the screen...

I make mac and cheese all thru the holidays, it's baked in the end

Sometimes plain, sometimes chopped crawfish or shrimp added

Always chopped small

Cheese variety vary, but has to be good cheese, part hot pepper jack is a must

Found a trick one time, make your baked mac and cheese with BUTTERMILK, you can thank me later!

It's a thing, a sick and twisted thing but people do it.

On the other thread they were putting taco and BBQ sauce on it, just wanted to make sure you weren't going to do anything demented like that. LOL

Eh...wot?
