I really hope not. From what Theo frequently shares in his podcasts and interviews, his childhood was horrific. Bobby Lee's, from what he has shared, was worse. After I watched Bobby Lee's recent podcast with Joe Rogan, if I'd been there, I would have gave him a big hug. His abusive father seriously damaged his psyche.

Many of the best comics had very terrible childhoods. Comedy is their way of coping.

The whole, popular, Bobby Lee and Andrew Santino podcast "Bad Friends" is based on Andrew making fun of Asians to get funny responses from Bobby.

Theo Von, who is in Savell's clip with Bobby, thinks differently from probably every other person on the planet. As children, both he and Bobby suffered a great deal of neglect and in Bobby's case physical abuse too. It shaped them into funny people, who sadly have serious doubts about themselves. Both are very talented and have done very well from their terrible starts in life. Both still can't really be happy.
