I’m surprised to see so many down on necker. Maybe I got an older model. I like mine and have used it for over a decade. My only complaint is the guard at the end of each handle that rubs my hand at the base of the thumb. Gets sore after a bit

So what I'm picking up on is that the lee steinmeir knife is the way to go.
Which of the three is the best for fleshing a little bit of everything? Also, what does his turn around time look like?

For the little bit of more money, hands down Lee's knife, I have two. Also, 2 Neckers and a caribou which sit on the shelf these days. But between your choices, the caribou.

Turnaround time on Lee's knives you'll have to ask him. When I got mine during convention sessions I got mine directly from Lee from the stock he had on hand.

Anything but the necker, lol.

Steinmeyer, Caribou, Post... maybe others.

I flesh everything with my Caribou.... bought a Steinmeyer recently, but not much use yet... sure it'll be good.

Just not a Necker lol.
