We have a strong winter storm coming in tonight and tomorrow, blowing east already....got a full dose of Naproxen in me and everything still hurts, lol

My arthritic body tells me when a storm is coming in.

We ended our arthritis problems, I had a bad knuckle, very painful, swollen, growing crooked.
Out hyperbaric oxygen chamber ended the pain swelling and my finger is straight again.
If I go a couple months without using the chamber I get stiffness and maybe some pain, so glad the chamber works!

My non marker Rheumatoid Arthritis acts up when the weather changes or it gets to hot or cold , holding my hands under the faucet while it goes from cold to hot seems to help and I take a Kevzara shot every two weeks . wool finger tip less gloves seem to help as does the heated steering wheel !

When my wrists and knuckles get to hurting I also rub some Diclofenac sodium cream into them which also helps and trying to keep working with them , even playing a few games of pool helps also .
