Storm passed the predators are on the move now they must be hungry they usually avoid my cubbies or the cellar cams don’t keep them away like the Bushnell HD chip cams do.

Hey guys, put a couple of scent posts about 30 yards apart at your bait. This has worked very well for me. I shoot about half off of bait and half off of the scent posts.
I'm itchin' to see a coyote twitchin'.
More trappin' and less yappin'.

Jerry, you might want to some local livestock farmers about getting their animals that die for bait.
Keith That might be trouble the animal health folks they don’t like dead livestock in the waters here.

After a bunch of wind and drifting snow we finally found it on the second trip to pick it up. A nice fat doe intact no parts missing tied a rope on the neck and took it out on the lake it was slushy so I pitched the wet snow on it and packed it down. If you don’t freeze it down the will drag it to cover to eat on it. When I went in the house I checked the shot and did not like it so I moved it to another spot I just need to knock down a couple shooting lane in the weed cover and trim some saplings.

I once saw where a trapper used his beaver carcasses. He set up a blind and didn't hunt out of it until there was a lot of activity on the bait. The coyotes all came at night. He shot them with a shotgun, the blind was that close to the bait.
Got a gift from my brother. It was 3 AA batteries with a note that said, Gift Not Included.
