Casey's breakfast pizza today. IYKYK I have plenty of cooking to do today and tomorrow.

Today it is my 1 egg omelet with bacon, onion, peppers and cheese with my homemade waffles which are half oatmeal- whole wheat flour with eggs, whole milk, brown sugar and cinnimon.
Tomorrow our kids will preside over the Christmas brunch we have been doing for several years.

Dang I wish I could get scrapple in IOWA

Wife takes 2 2lb. blocks in her carryon luggage to our son in Clearwater, FL every time she flies down... they can't get it down there either.

Venison/pork scrapple (late uncles recipe with help from lugnut) and eggs still warm from the chickens butt.

I'm jealous. I've got to drive almost an hour to get to Casey's.

What's on a breakfast pizza?

They use sausage gravy for the "sauce", eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, etc... you can add onions, mushrooms, peppers,,, whatever you like.

Casey's makes a darn good breakfast pizza! We don't have Casey's down here. I did find that the take-n-bake Walmart breakfast pizzas aren't too bad!
