I never have eaten any bobcat but i cut some back straps out of a young one to try, any info appreciated.

I've had it battered and fried. Pretty good eats.

I've sauteed it in butter, and the whole family really enjoyed it.

People are omnivores, like pigs. Just be wary if someone offers you long pork.

We are actually going to do a stir fry with some, but I'll use a fork. It's pointless to play with sticks when there's a much better designed tool for eating.

I would try almost any meat, except any primates and dog. I would eat coyote. I would eat grain fed Norway rat.

If I was starving, I would eat every sort of meat.

Native Americans ate dog but not coyotes (at least as far as I know) so I would rather eat the dog

Lot of Alaska trappers eat lynx, so imagine bobcat would be good.

Dog was one of the primary protein staples on Lewis" and Clarks' expedition.

I've ate bobcat it's pretty good, just bread it the way you any meat and fry it in butter/lard.
