Grandpa took Cam out this evening hunting with muzzleloader since he did not kill one with rifle and they got it done. 75 yard shot drop ole gal in her tracks, first deer. He got a late start to hunting this is his first year of actually getting to hunting more than 2 days. I wouldn't let him hunt until he was big enough and could shoulder a gun for himself.

Filling the freezer!! Lol I told him he is a man now, he said nope he has to kill a turkey.


Dad was in a hurry so I helped him hang it and didnt get a picture with Cam by it, however I think grandma did waiting to see if she will send me a picture. Super proud of him!!

Thanks guys, ill let him know. Wish I was there, but dad had to work and he is off school from break so grandpa got to take him. That's OK, sure there will be plenty to come! Glad dad got to go and experience with him, with my 1st deer dad left me at camp with my uncle he had to run home and take care of my little brother so he didn't get to experience mine, so maybe this will make up for that.
