CNN is the issue for me. Haven’t watched since the gulf war when the bad General Wesley Clark opened his BIG mouth on CNN about the vulnerability of a troop vehicle being hit in the rear. Well next day the enemy killed all in one of the vehicle that he talked about! THE ENEMY WAS WATCHING AND TROOPP PPP S DIED!

On mail service Amazon does a better service delivering than the post office. I watch the mailman drop the pink slip saying no home and drive off when important papers are mailed to me. Makes me go stand in line at the post office!

That's more of a product of local people than the agency. If the locals they hire from are not worth spit, that's the service you'll get.
