We were expecting a mid November birth, so when I went hunting during the rut we had a game plan. If she was in labor, she would beep the truck horn with 3 long blasts. I was hunting about 800 yards away with no neighbors between us. Time passed, the rut ended and the birth occurred after rifle season. This was before cell phones and text messaging. Second son was born in March so no issues! Chris >>In God we trust<<
