To start I have a bad right knee that dislocated many times.

Work up Friday with significant pain in my knee. Hobbled around on it for half the day and it really swelled up. Promised wife I would get it looked the next day if it was not better. By lunch the next she pestered me enough that I went to ER. X-rays negative for bone damage doctor was certain I have tore something or agitated something already damaged. Scheduling a MRI next.

How often we ignore little aches and pains until they cripple us.

Worse part I missed a deer drive yesterday!

Knee pain sucks. This sounds stupid and likely doesn't work for most conditions but I've found riding horses takes my knee pain away, I have no idea why, I suspect it stretches something else out in my legs but if I ride a horse my knee pain just vanishes and stays away for awhile.

I get knee pain if I wear footwear that doesn't have arch support in it. Maybe get some proper arch supports in your shoes. That's a cheap start just to see if it helps.

Do you walk on concrete at work?
Walking and standing on concrete for even a few hours is about all my old knees can take anymore.

Boots with a higher heel are also rough on my knees, had to ditch the Redwings after years and go to a more hiking style boot

Knee replaced in 2006 and again in 2012 and still disabling me.

I own a plastic injection molding facility so yes. Standing on concrete since 1992. I can take some time off the floors these days. lol

Probably the problem. LOL People that know me and see each day would not have let that stupid joke slip. But I am light hearted.... not really.

Mankind has not evolved fast enough for concrete and pavement. So much time we spend on hard surfaces 100 years ago there wasn’t 10% of what we spend time on now. New knees needed, heap big business.

went rabbit hunting with my son a couple years ago. I'm 68 fat and lethargic. i couldn't straighten my right leg for 6 months. Hobbling out of local gun shop the clerk followed me out. Asked if I had heard of Tapee Tea. I stopped on the way home and got some at a health store. Took a double dose (cause i was raised in the 70s) Woke up at 3am and the pain and stiffness was gone. I bought 150 packs. Just take a dose when I have issues.

Been checked for blood clots in the leg???

I feel your pain! Literally. Am working on getting a replacement knee now.

Just looked up Tapee tea, apparently it's laced with steroid chemicals that are not listed in the ingredients. Might want to look it up, or avoid it completely....

Don't care. I've read a ton on it. 6 months of pain cured in 12 hours.
